Certified Sprinkler Fitter $30-$35/HR
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring Certified Sprinkler Fitters to join our team for multiple projects in Northeast Ohio. If you're state licensed/certified and ready to start ASAP, we want to hear from you!
Certified Sprinkler Fitter Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Fire Sprinkler installation/service.
- State license/certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Tools appropriate for your trade and scope of work.
- OSHA 10 certification is a PLUS but not required.
Certified Sprinkler Fitter Duties:
- Piping systems for various settings including attics, offices, and commercial/industrial environments.
- Installing and servicing Fire Sprinkler systems and their components to ensure proper functionality.
- Following drawings to install Fire Sprinkler systems accurately.
- Performing service and repairs on Fire Sprinkler systems.
- Demonstrating a commitment to safety regulations and practices.
- Showing an open-minded willingness for continual learning.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
Certified Sprinkler Fitter Physical Demands:
- Safe and effective use of general hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 75 lbs., as well as push and pull greater than 75 lbs.
- Climbing ladders up to a height of at least 12 feet and using a man lift for services.
- Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noises.
Certified Sprinkler Fitter Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $35/hr for locals (no per diem)
