Summit Skilled Solutions is actively seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to assist with overseeing projects in and around the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
Commercial HVAC Foreman Responsibilities:
- Manage a small crew of 2-3 other installers
- Install new commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Builds comfort systems by installing air handlers, condensing units, package equipment, duct work, refrigerant tubing, and related components; completes high and low voltage power connections.
- System start up and commissioning including verifying refrigerant charge, cfm settings and temperature difference
- Install units per code
- On site installation of ductwork
- Reading mechanical prints
Commercial HVAC Foreman Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial install exp
- 3-5 years of previous Foreman experience
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams / mechanical drawings
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation and hand tools for trade/skill level
- Must have standard PPE and hand tools
Commercial HVAC Foreman Compensation/Benefits:
- $27-$30/hr BOE
- 40-45 hours M-F
- Paid weekly
