Job Posting: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Across Lorain and Cuyahoga County
Pay: $35-$45/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 40 hours+/week
Duration: Long-term
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for all over Lorain and Cuyahoga County and the surrounding area.
Commercial HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC service tech experience
- Must have clean driving record and be insurable under company auto policy
- Clean background and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Commercial HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Job scope ranges from doing preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshooting, removing or installing a new system
- Repair refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, control systems, and humidity and temperature control systems.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing of commercial/ industrial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
- Installation of RTU/AHU/Split Systems, boilers, hot water heaters
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of basic refrigeration & heating systems part/components and their applications.
- Read and understand equipment wiring diagrams and be able to troubleshoot and repair based on the above knowledge.
Commercial HVAC Service Technician Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $35 – $45/hr (Based on Experience)
- Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Payment: Weekly, direct deposit
