We are actively hiring a Conveyor Electrical Foreman local to the Dallas/Fort Worth. This position is critical to installation execution, crew leadership, and electrical quality on short-cycle conveyor projects. This is a hands-on foreman role, not a desk position.
If you are strongest in the field, comfortable leading crews under tight timelines, and accountable for install quality and safety, this role is designed for you.

Job Summary
The Conveyor Electrical Foreman leads electrical installation and commissioning for conveyor and material handling systems across multi-site projects. Projects typically run 7–21 days per site, followed by paid travel to the next install. The position will start off with training in the Fort Worth shop where you’ll learn the equipment you will be installing in the field at various USPS locations across the country.
This role combines journeyman-level electrical execution with foreman-level leadership, coordination, and accountability.

  • Lead on-site electrical installation for conveyor and material handling systems
  • Supervise crews of 3–10 electricians/installers depending on project size

  • Support shop-based electrical work when not traveling

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years hands-on electrical experience in industrial or material handling environments
