Conveyor Electricians $30-$33/HR $110/day PD
Summit Skilled Solution is hiring experienced Conveyor Electricians for a project in Valdosta, GA starting Monday May 26thth. Ideal candidates will live with 1-3 hours away from the Valdosta area. Qualified candidates have a minimum of 5+ years of verifiable conveyor electrical experience. Some experience installing conveyors in a food-grade facility is required. Must have basic hand tools and standard PPE. Lift cert also required.
Conveyor Electrician Job Scope:
- Installing beverage conveyors
- Cable/tray work
- Pull wire
- Terminate cables
- Run conduit
- Install breakers
- Add/update control panels
- Install sensors
- Bend EMT / Rigid
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Conveyor Electrician Qualifications:
- Must be able to start Monday May 26th
- Preferably live with 1-3 hours of Valdosta, GA
- 5+ Years previous conveyor electrical experience
- Must have some food-grade installation exp
- Must be able to read prints/drawings and effectively execute installation of various equipment and electrical systems
- Must possess basic hand tools including cordless drill and proper PPE
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must
Conveyor Electrician Compensation/Benefits:
- $30-$33/hr BOE
- $110/day per diem (for days worked)
- M-F 40-45 hours a week (weekends as needed)
