Earthwork Foreman
Job description
Summit Skilled Solutions is currently hiring an Earthwork Foreman for projects in and around the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area. Ideal candidates will need to be experienced as a Earthwork Supervisor overseeing and coordinating earthwork projects.
Their duties include:
- Taking measurements and sizes before construction begins
- Starting the day with a meeting to discuss daily activities and planning
- Informing the team of activities and starting the process
- Recording completed work to check if production targets are met
Responsibilities of a Earthwork Supervisor include:
- Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the work of all site operatives
- Ensuring that all work is delivered safely on time and within budget
- Managing equipment and materials required
Earthwork Supervisor Compensation/Benefits
- $33-$40/hr based on experience
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Single coverage health insurance after 60 days
- 401K after 1 year
- 2 weeks PTO after one year
- Potential for bonuses depending on profitability and time in service
