Summit Skilled Solution is hiring Electro-Mechanical Conveyor Techs for a 2-year conveyor/maintenance contract in Dallas, TX starting Monday May 19th. Qualified candidates MUST LIVE LOCALLY to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and be able to commute daily to the job. Electro-Mechanical Conveyor Techs will have a minimum of 5 years conveyor experience. USPS conveyor installs/maintenance experience is a PLUS. Must have standard PPE and basic hand tools. ** Alternating schedule – Week #1- 4/12 hour days on, 3 days off Week #2- 3/12 hour days on, 4 days off. Repeat…Totals 168 hours/month or 42 hour/wk avg**

This is a Federal project and requires an in-depth background check that takes approximately 3 weeks so we need to start submitting candidates no later than May1st. If your background is not squeaky clean please do not apply.

Electro-Mechanical Conveyor Tech Job Scope:

  • Working out a 2-year conveyor maintenance contract starting May 19th
  • Providing support, troubleshooting problems and fixing any issues.
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Electro-Mechanical Conveyor Tech Qualifications:

  • Must be able to start Monday May 19th, be submitted by March 19th
  • Must have strong electrical background with mechanical experience
  • 5+ Years previous Electro-Mechanical Conveyor Tech experience
  • Must be a self-sufficient worker that can read prints/drawings and effectively troubleshoot issue that arise over the next 2 years
  • Must possess basic hand tools and standard PPE
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must
  • Must pass drug screen and extensive background check

Electro-Mechanical Conveyor Tech Compensation/Benefits:

  • $30-$35/hr BOE
  • Weekly direct deposit
