Job Title: GMT / Maintenance Helper (Temporary through 6/30/2026)
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day
Compensation: $19 – $24 / Hour
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Helper supports facility operations by assisting with material handling, general labor tasks, and set-up activities. This role operates under minimal supervision and involves daily interaction with external suppliers and customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the movement of goods within the facility to support operations.
- Help relocate furniture to support office needs.
- Provide general labor support to skilled tradesmen.
- Assist with performing preventive maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned.
- Transport maintenance materials and tools using a pallet jack.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- Possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write routine reports and address groups of employees or customers.
