Heavy Equipment Operator – $28 – $30 / HR
We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate various types of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering quality workmanship and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This will be Case Controls, Operating dozer and excavator.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, dump trucks, and front loaders safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with various machinery including Case products, concrete mixers, and roll-off trucks is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
