Job Title: Industrial Electricians – New Production Line Installation

Start Date: March 11 (Orientation every Wednesday at 7:00 AM)
Project Duration: Approximately 6 months (through August) with potential extensions for top performers
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10-hour shifts | Sundays off
Shift: Primarily Night Shift (must be willing to work nights with potential transition to days if needed)
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring 30 Industrial Electricians of various experience levels to support the installation of a new production line at the Procter & Gamble facility in Pineville, Louisiana. This is a large-scale industrial electrical installation project focused on running conduit, pulling wire, and supporting new manufacturing equipment infrastructure.
Candidates must have industrial electrical experience. Commercial electricians without industrial project experience will not be considered.
This project is expected to run through August, with opportunities for high-performing electricians to remain on extended phases of work.
Foreman (2–3 positions)
Pay Rate: $36-$40/hour
Candidates will be reviewed and interviewed prior to selection.
Journeyman Electricians (Majority of positions)
Pay Rate: $29-$35/hour
Apprentice Electricians
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour
Electrical Helpers
Pay Rate: $23-$24/hour
Per Diem:
$100/day for days worked only
Per diem is not paid on Sundays unless work is performed
Install electrical infrastructure for new manufacturing production lines
Run and secure conduit in industrial environments
Pull and terminate electrical wiring for production equipment
Assist with installation of industrial electrical panels and components
Read and interpret electrical drawings and installation layouts
Perform electrical work safely in active industrial environments
Work at heights using lifts and fall protection when required
Maintain strict adherence to project safety standards and site requirements
Industrial electrical experience required
Experience running conduit and pulling wire in industrial facilities
Ability to work night shifts with potential transition to days
Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week
Must provide copies of all electrical certifications and OSHA credentials prior to start
10-panel drug screen required
Criminal background check required (no felony convictions)
OSHA certifications preferred (must submit prior to start if available)
Lift certifications preferred (STS can provide onsite training if needed)
STS will provide:
Fall protection harness

Electricians must provide:
Standard electrician hand tools
Hard hat
High-visibility vest
Steel-toe boots
Safety glasses
Hearing protection
Orientation held every Wednesday at 7:00 AM
Timekeeping procedures will be confirmed prior to start
