Industrial Electricians – Compressor Station Work
PA based mechanical contractor is hiring local Industrial Electricians for projects in and around 84, PA This is a full time position working up to 60 hours a week M-Sat 7a-530pm. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of industrial electrical experience and SOME oil & gas experience is preferred but not mandatory. Must have hand tools, OSHA 10/PEC, ALL PPE including FR clothing.
Industrial Electrician Responsibilities:
- Install electrical equipment and fixtures
- AC/DC Power
- Bend EMT / Rigid
- Read prints and effectively execute installation of various equipment and electrical systems
- Maintenance of older PLC Systems
- Maintenance of older resistors
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Industrial Electrician Qualifications:
- 5+ Years previous verifiable experience in the Industrial Electrical Field
- Some oil/gas exp preferred but NOT required
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and blueprints
- Must possess the tools of the trade
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is a must
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Must have OSHA 10/PEC
Industrial Electrician Compensation:
- $27-$31/hr BOE
