Lead Commercial Carpenters
We are currently seeking Lead Carpenters in Cincinnati, OH. Applicants should be knowledgeable in their respective trade as well as jobsite safety. We are looking for Lead Carpenters in the Cincinnati & surrounding areas, only local, qualified candidates will be considered.
Lead Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of local building codes
- 3+ Years of experience in commercial carpentry
- 3+ Years of experience With Cabinetry & Countertops (Solid Surface, Tile, Formica)
- 3 Years in Kitchen & Bath Remodels
- 3+ Years of experience with Trim, Crown, Stair Railings, and Doors & Windows.
- Read prints and effectively execute Build outs, Steel Stud structures, Dry Wall, Etc
- Mathematical Skills to complete complex carpentry tasks with minimal supervision
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Lead Carpenter Qualifications:
- 5 + Years Previous verifiable experience in the Commercial Carpentry Field
- Ability to read and interpret commercial Prints
- Experience running crews and working with other trades
- Must own the tools of the trade
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- A Valid driver license and reliable transportation is a must
