Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment & Automated Welding Systems
We are currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the repair, maintenance, and overall performance of automated welding equipment and shop machinery. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who can troubleshoot issues quickly and help minimize production downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on automated welding machines and industrial shop equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on production machinery
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections
- Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and equipment calibration
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential maintenance concerns
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Support continuous production by responding to maintenance needs efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities
- Experience working with automated welding equipment or production machinery is a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time opportunity
