Brick Mason Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Brick Mason Foreman to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing masonry projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a crew of skilled masons. The Mason Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating materials, and maintaining safety standards on site. Strong communication skills are essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of brick masons up to 20 peoplw
- Schedule and assign tasks to crew members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ yrs) as a Brick Mason Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial masonry techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication skills (email, text, phone, etc)
- Proficient in the use of Apple Ipad
