Masonry Foreman $33/HR-$38/HR
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring an experienced Masonry Foreman to join our dynamic construction team in the Mansfield area. This is a Direct Hire position day one with contractor. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing masonry projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a crew of skilled masons. The Masonry Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating materials, and maintaining safety standards on site. Strong communication skills are essential!
Masonry Foreman Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of brick masons up to 20 people
- Schedule and assign tasks to crew members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment
Masonry Foreman Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ yrs) as a Brick Mason Foreman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial masonry techniques and materials
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication skills (email, text, phone, etc)
- Proficient in the use of Apple iPad
Masonry Foreman Compensation/Benefits:
- $33-$38/hr BOE
- Year-end performance bonus
