Plumber Foreman
Local contractor specializing in water conservation management is hiring a Journeyman Plumber/Foreman for projects in and around Summit County (Twinsburg). Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience along with 3 years of past Foreman/Lead position. OSHA 10 a PLUS.
Journeyman Plumber/Foreman Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial/resi plumbing experience
- 3+ years exp in a Foreman or lead role
- Prior plumbing retrofit/maintenance exp PREFERRED
- Ability to read/interpret prints
- OSHA 10 a PLUS
- Must have own basic hand tools
- Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Professional appearance required
- Must be physically able to work from lifts and/or ladders
Journeyman Plumber/Foreman Job Duties
- Lead a crew of 2-3 installers
- Communicate job progress/issues to PM
- Complete weekly paperwork
- Troubleshoot and work through the issues with the installers
- Help install/retrofit domestic water fixtures like faucets, urinals, toilets, showerheads, etc.
- Maintain inventory of vehicle or project storage trailer
Journeyman Plumber/Foreman Compensation/Benefits
- $30-$35/hr BOE
