Production Welder $23 – $25
Currently seeking Structural Welders. Applicants should be fluent in MIG and FCAW Welding and should be able to pass a 3G Weld test. Applicants should have 3-5 years minimum of verifiable experience welding structural steel and a 3g or D1.1 current or former cert is a plus.
Welder Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and heat treatment.
- Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety procedures.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to producing high-quality, structurally sound welds.
- Ability to work in challenging conditions, including confined spaces and at elevated heights.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements of the Structural Welder:
- 3-5+ years of verifiable experience
- Valid Drivers License
- OSHA 10 is a plus but not a requirement
- Current of former 3G or D1.1 certification is a plus
