 is a skilled trade staffing company established in 2014, based out of Stow Ohio with multiple remote locations as well as a travel division. Our leadership team has over 80+ years combined experience with a great deal of knowledge and respect within the industry. Our team is expanding and we are in need of a versatile, self-motivated recruiter who is looking to make a big impact on our team. Ideal candidate would have skilled trade recruiting experience and be able to work out of our corporate office in Stow, Ohio.

SKILLED TRADES RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be well-organized and looking for a long term position with room for growth and advancement within the organization. The Skilled Trades Recruiter will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager to grow our national bases of skilled trades field employees while supporting the sales team.
The Skilled Trades Recruiter candidate will be comfortable making multiple phone calls and sending and receiving several emails daily.  Must demonstrate clear and concise communication with proven high level follow up skills. We are looking for an experienced skilled trades recruiter preferably with experience recruiting industrial skilled craftsman nationally.

SKILLED TRADES RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and recruit candidates by utilizing various databases, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Assess applicant's relevant trade knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes with an ability to properly portray the company’s core values and overall value provided to customer. 
  • On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, job boards, etc. Working knowledge of Bullhorn Software would be a huge plus
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Aptitude to provide win-win results in critical situations
  • PLACING CANDIATES WITH CONVEYOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

SKILLED TRADE RECRUITER COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary PLUS uncapped commissions
  • $80k+ 2nd year earning potential
