Welder/Fabricator/Millwright $25-$30/HR
Summit Skilled Solutions is hiring certified MIG Welder/Fabricators/Millwrights to work in our shop in Medina building mezzanine platforms for Lincoln Electric. Must be able to read prints and MIG weld on structural steel. Material is pre-cut and in baggies, just need to be able to fit the pieces together and weld per the prints. Valid MIG cert required. Must be willing to perform other mechanical/millwright type duties when not welding. This is a long-term opportunity for top performers that we can count on.
Welder/Fabricator/Millwright Job Description:
- MIG on structural steel from 3/16th”-1/4″
- Ability to read blueprints
- Fit & inspect, fabricate & weld
- Dress welds and clean-up welded areas of parts
- Other mechanical duties when not welding
Welder/Fabricator/Millwright Qualifications
- MIG certified
- Minimum of 3 years welding/fabricating exp
- Positive attitude, excellent attendance and reliable transportation
- Must have basic tools and PPE including a welding hood, steel toes, ear and eye protection, respirator, gloves, ect.
- Must be willing to perform duties other than welding when not welding
Welder/Fabricator/Millwright Compensation/Benefits
- $25-$30/hr based on exp
- Full-time, 40-hours a week
