Welder – Spray Transfer – $23
Currently seeking Structural Welders local to the Warren area. Applicants should be fluent in Flux Core Welding and Mig welding. Applicants should have 3-5 years minimum of verifiable experience welding structural steel and a 3g or D1.1 current or former cert is a plus.??Must be able to do spray transfer welding
Responsibilities of the Structural Welder:
- Performs welding processes on mild steel and other metal parts using welding metals and metal alloys.
- Solid experience working with Structural steel
- Welds parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Uses hand welding and flame cutting equipment such as arc welders, gas welders, and gas torches to weld together metal components (flat, horizontal, or vertical plates and pipes).
- Works from sketches, prints, operation sheets, preliminary drawings, and written/verbal instructions
- Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded.
- Must be able to do spray transfer welding
Requirements of the Structural Welder:
- 3-5+ years of verifiable experience
- Valid Drivers License
- OSHA 10 is a plus but not a requirement
- Current of former 3G or D1.1 certification is a plus
- Pre-employment drug screen
