Commercial Carpenter
Location: Toledo, Ohio area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $28–$30/hour
Duration: Approximately 4 months, starting at the end of September and running through the end of 2026
Projects: 4 commercial bank projects, with additional projects possible
Position Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Carpenter with at least 3 years of commercial construction experience to work on bank renovation and construction projects throughout the Toledo area.
This position is for a multiskilled carpenter who can perform several aspects of commercial interior construction and remodeling.
Responsibilities
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall installation and repair
- Commercial door installation
- Door and hardware installation
- General commercial carpentry and remodeling tasks
- Read and work from project plans and specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Coordinate work with other trades on active commercial job sites
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience
- Demonstrated experience with metal stud framing and drywall
- Experience installing commercial doors and hardware
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
- Ability to follow plans, specifications, and job-site requirements
- Must be local to the Toledo, Ohio area
- Reliable transportation to project locations

- Work will take place at 4 bank projects in the Toledo area
- Local work only
