Job Title: Commercial Flat Roof Technician
Location: East/West side of Cleveland

Pay: $25-$28/hr
Job Summary:
Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Flat Roof Technicians to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofing systems on commercial buildings including but not limited to EPDM, TPO and PVC. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with various flat roofing materials and is committed to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up roofing)
- Perform roof inspections to identify leaks, damage, and necessary repairs
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow project specifications, blueprints, and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of commercial roofing experience (flat roofing preferred)
- Knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, and PVC
- Basic hand tools and standard PPE required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Basic knowledge of roofing tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with roof coatings and waterproofing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- OSHA 10 preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
