Location: West Side Cleveland, OH (Office in Elyria, OH)
Pay: $38–$42/hour (based on experience)
Overview
We are hiring a Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations across projects on the west side of Cleveland. This role oversees 5–10 plumbers and is responsible for execution, safety, and schedule adherence across multiple commercial job sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crews of 5–10 plumbers on active job sites
- Coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and milestones
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
- Ensure installations meet code requirements and project specifications
- Monitor productivity and maintain workflow across job sites
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Enforce safety standards and job site compliance
- Track materials, equipment, and labor usage
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of commercial plumbing experience
- 2+ years experience leading crews on commercial construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience across at least 2 of the following: healthcare, schools, industrial, multifamily, retail
- Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and installation methods
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred (not required):
- Ohio plumbing license
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
