Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofer to join our crew for an upcoming roofing project in Bellevue. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience, specifically installing EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing systems.
This position offers competitive hourly pay, a consistent weekday schedule when weather permits, and the opportunity to continue working on additional projects for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install EPDM, TPO, and PVC commercial roofing systems.
- Prepare roof surfaces and materials for installation.
- Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and installation standards.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a roofing crew.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow instructions from the foreman or project supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
- Experience installing EPDM, TPO, and PVC roofing membranes.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
Pay & Schedule
- $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monday through Friday, targeting 40 hours per week.
- Work hours may vary depending on weather conditions, particularly rain. Roofing work may be delayed or paused when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for installation.
- The initial project in Bellevue is expected to last several weeks. Workers who perform well may have the opportunity to continue on other projects.

Tools: All other necessary roofing tools will be provided.
