Conveyor Electrician – Conveyor Installation & Electrical Finish Work

Schedule: Straight Days | 7:00 AM Start | 10–12 Hour Shifts Until Project Completion
Pay: $32.00/hour
Per Diem: $100.00/day for qualified travelers
Position Overview
Summit Skilled Solutions is seeking an experienced Conveyor Electrician for a fast-paced conveyor installation project at Kroger Mountain View Foods in Denver, Colorado. This assignment will focus on completing the electrical finish work for a conveyor system, including cable tray installation, electrical terminations, and final system completion.
The selected electrician will work directly alongside the Accuwright site lead to complete the remaining electrical scope of work. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated industrial electrician who can work independently, maintain high-quality workmanship, and help bring the project across the finish line.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and secure cable tray systems in accordance with project specifications.
- Perform electrical terminations on motors, sensors, field devices, control panels, and conveyor equipment.
- Complete electrical finish work on conveyor and material handling systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
- Verify proper wire routing, labeling, and terminations.
- Assist with troubleshooting and correcting installation deficiencies as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Coordinate daily tasks with the Accuwright site lead to ensure project milestones are met.
- Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and site-specific safety requirements.
- Adhere to OSHA standards and all customer safety policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience preferred.
- Previous conveyor, distribution center, warehouse automation, or material handling experience strongly preferred.
- Experience installing cable trays and performing industrial electrical terminations.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with motors, motor controls, sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, and conveyor electrical components.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and standard electrician hand tools required.
Required Certifications
- OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
- Ability to pass a 10-Panel Drug Screen (Required)

Compensation & Benefits
