Project Type: Short-Term Project (2-3 weeks) with Long-Term Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Conveyor Mechanics, preferably with some AutoStore system experience for a project in Brooklyn Park, MN starting mon 3/2. This is a smaller project to start; however, strong performance will lead to immediate placement on a follow-up project in Ohio and continued long-term work with a client that has a strong pipeline of conveyor and automation projects.

Install, assemble, and mechanically integrate AutoStore systems
Perform conveyor installation, alignment, and mechanical adjustments
Install and replace rollers, belts, motors, gearboxes, and drive components
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and system adjustments during startup
Assist with commissioning and system testing
Read and interpret layout drawings, schematics, and installation plans
Work safely in active warehouse and distribution environments
Coordinate with electrical and controls teams as needed
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
5+ years as a Conveyor Mechanic
Direct experience working on AutoStore systems (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
Experience with material handling systems in warehouse/distribution environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel between projects
Reliable transportation to travel to MN and potential OH project
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Per Diem: $100/day (paid all 7 days per week)
Travel Pay:
Up to 10 hours straight time for initial travel
Straight-time pay for all travel between projects
Strong opportunity for extended work if performance meets expectations
This Minnesota project is a starting point. If performance and reliability meet expectations:
Mechanics will be moved onto a follow-up project in Ohio
