Electrical OE Rep/Site Manager – Power Drops (Amazon Facilities)
Location: Initial location will be determined post-interview based on skillset and openings at the time – Nationwide travel required thereafter
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Approx. 7-8 weeks per location
Start Date: Remote onboarding ASAP, on-site 3-5 days after onboarding
Electrical OE Rep/Site Manager Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $42/hr (W2)
- Per Diem: $178-$307/day – Paid for all days if schedule was met (Monday–Friday)
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile (calculated via Google Maps if in personal vehicle)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts | Weekends Off (40-hours/wk)
Electrical OE Rep/Site Manager Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical OE Rep/Site Managers to lead conveyor system retrofit installations at Amazon facilities.
To be considered, candidates must have experience working in a PM or Site Manager capacity. This experience must be clearly listed on the resume.
This is a contract-to-hire position with potential for long-term, nationwide project leadership. Strong performers may be offered a permanent full-time role overseeing future Amazon projects.
Electrical OE Rep/Site Manager Key Responsibilities
- Manage a 2-3 electricians installing a power drop coming into the Amazon facility
- Ensure compliance with Amazon safety procedures, reporting standards, and operational protocols.
- Submit daily progress reports and coordinate communication across all project stakeholders.
- Monitor and log inbound shipments, materials, and site deliveries.
- Track and manage change orders and schedule modifications.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between all teams and contractors.
- Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Facilitate virtual communication through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Supervise a dedicated administrative assistant (2:1 PM to Admin ratio).
Electrical OE Rep/Site Manager Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager on at least one recent Amazon facility project preferred but not required (must be listed on resume).
- Strong background in construction, mechanical systems, or automation project management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiar with collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack.
- Working knowledge of Amazon’s RME (Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering) Program is a huge plus
- Strong communication skills—daily reporting and coordination is a critical function.
- Self-sufficient and able to lead projects with minimal supervision after onboarding.
Electrical OE Rep/Site Manager Hiring Requirements
- Complete virtual interview with VP via Microsoft Teams.
- Pass a 10-panel drug test and criminal background check (no felonies, theft, or violent offenses).
- Willing and able to travel and temporarily relocate for each project assignment.
