General/Concrete Laborer $20-$25/HR
Job Title: General Laborer / Concrete Laborer
Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 42.5 hours per week
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer / Concrete Laborer to support the production of high-quality precast concrete products. This role involves working with concrete forms, following specifications, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce precast concrete products in accordance with specifications and quality standards
- Strip and set up concrete forms
- Read and interpret shop drawings and/or blueprints
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks, including basic tool maintenance
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in concrete work or general labor
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings or prints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to squat, crawl, and kneel to complete tasks
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
