GENERAL LABORER – APARTMENT CLEANOUT & TRASH REMOVAL
Location: Euclid, OH
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to assist with apartment cleanout and property maintenance work for a short-term project. This position will involve removing trash and unwanted materials from apartment units, loading materials into a company trash truck, and transporting the debris to an onsite dumpster.
This is a hands-on labor position requiring someone who is reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the workday.
Job Duties

Clean out trash, debris, and unwanted materials from apartment units.

Carry and load trash and debris into a company truck.

Operate a trash truck to transport materials to the designated onsite dumpster.

Unload debris and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Assist with general cleanup of apartments and common areas as needed.

Safely move furniture, household items, bags of trash, and other materials.

Follow all site safety procedures and instructions from the supervisor.

Maintain the truck and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.

Perform other general labor and cleanup duties as assigned.
Requirements

Valid driver's license required.

Must be insurable to drive the company vehicle.

Previous general labor, construction, property maintenance, moving, or cleanup experience is helpful but not required.

Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.

Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.

Must be comfortable working in apartment units and handling trash/debris.

Must follow safety procedures and supervisor direction.
