Industrial Shop Labor – $18
We are currently hiring an Industrial Shop Laborer to support day-to-day operations in a busy shop environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with tools and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general shop duties to support production and workflow
- Paint materials and components as needed
- Operate saws and other basic shop equipment
- Assemble pipe hangers and related components
- Handle and move materials throughout the shop
- Assist with running and monitoring machinery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and shop equipment
- Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
