Compensation: $20-$23 per Hour

Working alongside experienced maintenance professionals, you will assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of a premier commercial facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of facility systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules and written procedures.
- Support repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, carpentry, and building systems.
- Complete touch-up painting and general building maintenance tasks.
- Assist with landscape and grounds maintenance as needed.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance information.
- Follow all company safety procedures and site policies.
- Support special projects and additional assignments as directed by the Site Manager or Lead Technician.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and building occupants.
