Job Opening: Mason / Caulking Technician
Pay: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Start Time: Approximately 6:00 AM during summer and 7:00 AM during winter

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mason / Caulking Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in caulking applications and have experience in masonry and bricklaying. This position will primarily involve caulking work, with masonry duties assigned as needed when caulking work is not scheduled.

Responsibilities
- Perform caulking and sealant applications with attention to detail and quality.
- Prepare surfaces and apply caulking materials according to project specifications.
- Perform masonry and bricklaying work when caulking tasks are not available.
- Operate lifts safely to access elevated work areas.
- Follow job-site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew.
- Follow instructions from the foreman or project supervisor.
Requirements
- Proficiency in caulking and sealant applications is required.
- Masonry and bricklaying experience preferred.
- Ability to work at heights and safely operate lifts; lift certification is not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Ability to provide required personal protective equipment (PPE) and basic hand tools.
Pay & Schedule
- $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.
- Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Start times adjust seasonally:
- Summer: 6:00 AM
- Winter: 7:00 AM
- Temporary position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
PPE & Tools
Candidates must have their own required PPE and basic hand tools. Additional job-specific requirements will be communicated as needed.
