Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Some Fridays (8 hours)
We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Operator to support material movement, packaging, and outbound shipping operations in an industrial setting. This role involves handling large and heavy parts, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation and safe shipping practices.
Operate overhead crane to move materials safely and efficiently
Operate forklift (must obtain and maintain forklift permit)
Receive, verify, and ship materials using:
Bills of Lading (BOL)
Freight bills
Packing lists
Commercial invoices
Package and ship industrial parts, including large and heavy components
Build and secure custom shipping crates to ensure safe transport
Use power tools such as saws, drills, and impact drivers to cut, fit, and assemble crates
Maintain general safety protocols and follow company safety standards
Keep shipping and receiving areas organized and compliant
Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipping and receiving environment
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
Ability to safely handle heavy materials and operate equipment
Comfortable reading and understanding shipping documentation
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Competitive hourly pay: $18–$22/hour
